For many, the Christmas season begins at Alverno...Caroling with students, meeting Santa to enjoy Christmas wishes, and working on Christmas crafts. How does the Holiday Season begin for you? Alumnae you asked and we listened! Alverno will be hosting alumnae networking breakfasts staring Tuesday, January 8th.
Networking Breakfasts will be held at locations around the area from 7:30-9:00 a.m.

Carrie Bilicki '95, '11
Carrie Bilicki was initially inspired to be a nurse after she went on two mission trips to Haiti as a teenager where she attended to various needs at the Grace Children's Hospital. Today, Ms. Bilicki is an Oncology nurse with a commitment to both compassionate and professional patient care.

Alumnae Events - whether on or off campus - are a great opportunity to become more involved with the Alverno Community, visit with friends and make new networking contacts. Oh, and they're FUN!

London 2013
Confirmed dates: May 25-June 3
Join Alverno Theatre Professor Richard Runkel for an eight-night trip, May 25-June 3, 2013, to London. The trip includes guided tours of notable London highlights, including Westminster Abbey and the Covent Garden, as well as Stratford-on-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare. In addition, participants will attend three theatre performances and get a backstage theatre tour. Alumnae Referral Scholarship
Did you know that Alverno offers a $2,000 Alumnae Referral Scholarship? All alums should have received information regarding this scholarship in the mail recently. If you know someone interested in attending Alverno, all you have to do is fill out the referral card and mail it back to us, and this student will automatically receive $500 per year (renewable for four years, totaling $2,000) once she is accepted to Alverno. You may refer more than one student. It's that easy! You can also access the referral form online at alverno.edu/finaid.
