CHECKING OUT LIBRARY MATERIALS

Check out library materials at the Circulation & Reserves desk located near the library's entrance. You need a valid Alverno library card to check out any materials. If you don't have a library card, you may apply for one at the Circulation & Reserves desk.

Return or Renew

You may renew and return library materials at the Circulation & Reserves desk. Notice that there are separate return slots for reserve materials and for materials from the general collection.

Placing a Hold on an Item

If the item you want is currently checked out, you can have a hold placed on the item and will be contacted when the item is returned. Holds can be performed at the Circulation & Reserves desk.
