Assists the Director in managing department operations, materials, and communication. Coordinates the department budget.

Facilitates time/task/resource management by creating office management systems and supervising their implementation.

Serves as office liaison within the College and to off-campus institutions. Supervises the support staff. Serves as a member of the research team and organizes institutional response to external surveys on college characteristics.
