Course Reserves |
To find an item on reserve, use:
Search Reserves by Instructor or Search Reserves by Course Name to find the call number of the item. Once you have the call number, you can ask for the item and check it out at the Library Circulation desk. |

Find quality web sites that have been selected by Alverno Librarians in a variety of subject area. | ||
Journal Titles |
To see if Alverno subscribes to a journal, either online or print, search TOPCAT by journal title. | ||
Full Text Online Journals |
Use Full Text Online Journals to see if a journal can be found in an online database that Alverno subscribes to. If you want to find online journals for a specific subject, select a subject category from the drop-down menu under "Browse e-journals by subject". | ||
Books, Music, Videos |
Search for Books, Music, & Videos found in SWITCH libraries. SWITCH includes Alverno College, Cardinal Stritch University, Concordia University Wisconsin, Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Mount Mary College, Sacred Heart School of Theology, Saint Francis Seminary, and Wisconsin Lutheran College libraries. Items from SWITCH libraries can be requested online in TOPCAT (the online catalog for Alverno and SWITCH), delivered to Alverno, and picked up at the Circulation desk in the library. |
