- GPO Access
The site, maintained by the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) is the premier
gateway for many important U.S. government sites such as U.S. Catalog of Government
Publications, U.S. Government Online Bookstore, Federal Regulations, Congressional
Record, Code of Federal Regulations, U.S. Code, Supreme Court Decisions, Presidential
Documents, U.S. Government Manual, etc. It also provides access to many government

- NARA Archival Research Catalog (ARC)
The Archival Research Catalog (ARC) is the online catalog of NARA's nationwide holdings in the
Washington, DC area, Regional Archives and Presidential Libraries. It enables online access to
and viewing of about 42% of the National Archives nationwide holdings. Digitized materials include
photos, drawings, maps, charts and textual documents.

Launched in September, 2012, this beta version provides access to legislation from the 107th Congress (2001) to the present, member profiles from the 93rd Congress (1973) to the present, and some member profiles from further back. Also found on this site are videos on the legislative process. More than a facelift to it, this web site will eventually replace Thomas and is easier to use. Information is being added to the site on a fairly regular basis; there are plans to move the Congressional Record, Congressional Record Index, House/Senate calendars, congressional reports, treaties, nominations and communications there soon.

The CBO, created in 1974, has as its mission to provide Congress with objective,
timely, nonpartisan analyses needed for economic and budget decisions and

process. This is where congress gets its budgetary information.

The Congressional Directory is the official directory of the U.S. Congress. It presents short biographies of
each member of the Senate and House, listed by state or district, and additional data, such as committee memberships,
terms of service, administrative assistants and/or secretaries, and room and telephone numbers. It also lists
