Mock Environmental Impact Statement
First, select a project that involves issues or areas of interest to your team. This may be an introduction, a development project, resource extraction, or any other project that might require an EIS. (Actual EIS's are required only for projects involving federal land or money. Your MEIS need not meet these criteria.) Use this sheet to help guide your preliminary search for information.

- Present uses
- soil and water conditions
- current businesses and residents
Environmental Consequences of the project:
- air quality
- water quality
- species of animals or plants
- impacts on humans
