The Division of Natural
Sciences, Mathematics & Technology consists of the Departments of Biology, Physical Science, and Mathematics.
NSMT offers majors in mathematics, biology,
chemistry, broadfield science (for future
teachers), and environmental science. A
specialization in molecular biology is also
offered. The division also serves the rest of the Alverno community,
offering integrated science courses for non-science majors and more
advanced courses for nursing and behavioral science majors.
The NSMT Division offices are located on the second floor of
Corona Hall. Science courses are taught in the Teaching,
Learning and Technology Center, giving students access to
state-of-the-art laboratories and computer resources.
