States. With more than 155,000 members, APA is the largest association

This is the site of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), which
is a component of the U.S. National Institutes of Health. The mission
of NIMH is to reduce the burden of mental illness and behavioral disorders
through research on mind, brain, and behavior. The site contains information
for researchers, practitioners, and the general public, including downloadable
