Password Reset

You can reset your Alverno network password from anyplace with an Internet connection. Your Alverno network password is used to access your Alverno email, the Digital Diagnostic Portfolio (DDP) and computers on campus.

Before you can use the password reset feature, you need to have a set of Password Hints (identifying information) on record. Creating these hints is simple. A secure webpage will walk you through the process. All you need to do is respond to three different questions that you select. Your responses to these questions will be recorded and used to identify you later when you want to change your password.

If you forgot your password, you will use the password hints on record to verify your identity. After you answer one of your hint questions successfully, you will be able to reset your password.
